Hello

This week seemed long but in a good way. We did a lot of less activie work most of our investigators are out of town or busy so they can't meet with us, it is really frustrating. We have a family in our ward, the Treseders, and thier dad passed away right before I got here. He was diagnosed wiht cancer and died 2 weeks later its really sad. The mom is a conver and I look up to her a lot she is amazing. She has 6 kids, (2 are hers, 2 are his, and they had 2 together) She is taking care of all six by herself now and she is a great mom. Her youngest daughter loves us and whenever she sees us she runs over and says its the missionaries and gives us a hug and then runs away.
My companion got sick this wek but luckily it was only half of the day that she was sick so we didn't have to stay at the apartment all day but I had some great along and study time wihil she slept... being with someone 24/7 is probably my biggest trial right now, especially in the morning, she is a morning person and I am not.
Saturday was HOT it was like 110-115 degress and it was awful walking aroudn in the heat but it was so worth it! We talked to a guy and he said we could go back next wekened to teach him and his family. We also talked to a younger girl who is interested and took a restoration pamphlet. Some people gave us referrals (to other mormon homes haha) but it was really good.

We are teaching a less active lady named April and she is my favorite person in my area. I had a hard day yesterday and she made it so much better and her daughter who is down syndrm always makes me happy. She draws me pictures, plays checkers with me and calls me "her sister" she is really great.

Love you all.
